I²FA trains international managers.
In order to answer international human ressources needs on the part of French companies, ESA Angers Loire developed the “Ingénieur International en Formation par Apprentissage” program (I²FA).
This unique programs connect an international student and a French company where both have a common goal : to grow the business in the student’s country. Selected students spend 2.5 years in France, half the time in the company and half the time at ESA Angers Loire.
This program contains a different public each year depending on the profile/country requests received by ESA Angers Loire from its partner companies.
At the end of the program, the “Ingénieur” is fluent in French, bicultural, familiar with the corporate culture, and ready to drive growth in his/her country of origin.
Admission requirements :
- a minimum of 240 ECTS validated (4 years of study at least) in Life Sciences such as Agronomy, Food science, Biology, Agriculture, Animal Sciences, or equivalent
- A good level of English (B1)
- Be under 26 on 1st September 2017
- French is not a requirement, as an Intensive French course is offered prior to the Master course to beginners in French, from February 2017 to August 2017, according to the student's level of French.
Candidates must be highly motivated by a career in industry, hungry for concrete experience of the work world and open to learning new languages and new cultures.
