My referee is currently abroad and does not have access to the school stamp.

Please can he/she use his digital signature on the recommendation letter then submit himself ?"

ANSWER FORM ESA:

Yes, the referee can send to olage-officer or upload directly onto the applicant's account the letter of recommendation without the stamp of seal of the University.

The digital signature is acceptable but le recommendation letter must be sent by the referee her/himself and not by the applicant.

This is to garantee the confidentiality of the letter.
