On OLAGE, the On Line Application site of ESA, each applicant is responsible for completing his application form, by filling in the OnLine form itself and uploading all the required documents.

It is the applicant responsability to make it fully completed, even with the letter of recommendation.

Once the application form is fully completed, the applicant can find, at the bottom of the application, a button which allows to submit the application.

At every time, it is possible for the applicant to check the application and see if there are some documents missing.

If there is a letter of recommendation missing, the applicant must contact himself his professor and can find a sample of letter of recommendation in the FAQ of OLAGE. Then, he/she can send it to his/her professor directly.
